Comfy, Breathable Bottoms To Lounge In
A key consideration when dressing for your journey is to wear the comfiest bottoms possible for your journey. Planes and transport can often mean cramped spaces, and if you have a long haul flight or journey wearing tight, stiff bottoms are not going to be a vibe after those first few hours. To maximise your comfort aim to dress in looser, flexible bottoms such as joggers or shorts, and if you are someone who prioritises being super comfy, lose the jeans for the airport and stick them in the case instead!
Layer as much as possible!
Airport travelling days can often expose us to so many different micro climates and temperatures - from departing, to at the airport, to the plane, to our new destination and arrival transport. Even when you've checked the weather, it can be hard to predict exactly how warm you will be - which is why layering should be your best friend for travel days! Keep things simple by layering items that are easy to remove such as an oversized hoodie, zip-up jackets and your go-to t-shirt beneath it all. Even if it's a warm day, packing a hoodie for the plane is a must as being sat down for long periods of time on top of air con can lead us to feel the chill even more. Plus, the more layers you wear to the airport - less you have to pack which is a win win!

Oversize Fits Are King
When travelling for the day, being cramped in small spaces and unnatural environments can lead us to feel a lil less than fresh, and there is nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable when your not feeling your 100% game after travelling for hours! If you prioritise comfort, we recommend opting for oversized 'fits where you can. Grab an oversize tee and pair it with your fave joggers for a simplistic but stylish fit that also keeps you feeling good while wearing it. Plus, oversize tees will make a strong addition to your holiday wardrobe and are ideal for throwing over those beach fits or taking you from day to night.
The Winning Socks & Comfy Trainers Combo
It's essential to have both socks that keep you cosy and trainers that support you for a long day travelling, but of course, you want to still make sure you look cool! As it can get chilly on a plane due to air-conditioning, make sure warm, longer socks are essential for your journey. If your feet are cold, the rest of your body will most likely feel the chill too. If you have an overnight or long haul flight, it may be a good idea to bring spares to change in to keep you feeling fresh.

Keep it low key in a cap
Bringing a cap is a great investment for not only your airport fit but your holiday! Not only do they stop keep you from getting too cold on the plane with that air-con above head, but also great if you are jetting off to a warmer destination - especially if hanging around for your transport in heat at the other end! Plus, a stylish cap will add to any airport fit and bring those 'off duty' style vibes.

The All Black Fit
When heading to the airport, there's no look quite like a head to toe all black fit. Pair black joggers with a statement hoodie for the ultimate cool and comfy airport fit. Or for a smarter fit, pair a black tee with and biker jacket - a combo guaranteed to tick all the style boxes. Finish your all-black fit with your favourite black crepes. However, if you are heading to a hotter climate, be aware that as black absorbs more heat so ensure you have a lightweight top beneath your hoodie like our Redline Drop Vest. The oversized arm design will keep you looking cool even in the heat and will make a fab addition to your holiday wardrobe and can be worn effortlessly from day to night.
Neutral/Earthy Toned Layering
Neutrals are here to stay and are ideal to wear when travelling to warm destinations or on the way back to show off that holiday glow up! We love neutrals worn in loose, oversize 'fits for a chilled vibe. Pair our Oversize Desert Storm tee with neutral cargos for a comfy and stylish airport look or layer up with hoodies and jackets in nude tones such as browns, mochas and taupes for a cosier fit when you need to stay warm in that airport and plane air con!
